INTRODUCTION

FloorsDubai.com is an offering of Final Specs LLC. These terms and conditions govern your access to and use of our website called FloorsDubai.com (from here on referred to as ‘FD, the site, we, our’). These terms become binding when you agree to comply with the terms and conditions in relation to your use of FD.

You must read and agree to the Terms and Conditions before you begin use of the site. Please do not use the site if you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions. In addition to this, please also read the Privacy Policy as you will be understood to have read and agreed to the same if you bring this site into use.

Products featured on FD have been brought to you by FD which itself is an online store presented to you by Final Specs LLC, a registered company in Sharjah, UAE and is governed by the laws of Sharjah and UAE law (from here on referred to as ‘the company’).

Use of FD whether by registered or un-registered users assumes given consent and agreement to the following:

  • FD stands indemnified along with the management and employees of any claims, actions, demands resulting from you breaching these terms and conditions or of in anyway misusing FD.
  • When agreeing to these terms and conditions, you also agree to our Privacy Policy, Security Policy, Delivery Policy, Returns Policy, Terms of Sale and all Terms of Conditions herein.
  • It is agreed that FD is not liable, as far as we are legally able to be, for any losses resulting from:

  • As a delivery is completed and the product is accepted by the guest/client, FD will no longer be held responsible or liable.
  • We reserve the right to terminate your registration with FD without prior notice and without valid reason. In general this is only when there is a breach of the terms and conditions or in cases of account inactivity for a extended period of which the maximum will be 6 month from the date of last purchase. No responsibility rest with FD on the cancellation of any such registrations and accounts.
    FD will not be used by the clients for their own commercial purposes. Content found on the website may not be reproduced, including but not limited to texts, images, graphics, page layouts or designs, including any patents and trademarks that appear on FD
    FD will withdraw/list or change prices of any product or service listed/offered on the website to its clients when it deems necessary to do so without any prior intimation whatsoever.
  • FD may at its discretion, run, modify, cease or allow any individual or organization to run, modify and cease adverts and promotions for any product or service on FD, providing that they are in signed agreement with the site/company.
  • Any third party links featured on FD are not endorsed by FD and do not fall under its responsibility.
  • Registration is required to perform purchases on FD or to make contributions and comments on the company blogs. By registering, you are confirming that you are 18 yrs old and above or are using the site under the supervision of your legal guardian.
  • All registered guests/clients will endeavor to keep their credentials safe. In case any are compromised, they will inform FD immediately. It is the responsibility of the guest to safe guard his account details. FD will under no circumstances will liable for any loses nor bear any responsibility caused by any such breaches.
