Job Description:
  • Conduct phone calls based on provided client list.
  • Handle client queries either by phone or emails
  • Handle front office reception as well as administration duties
  • Welcome visitors warmly to the office
  • Maintain cleanness in the reception area at all times
  • Manage office equipment.
  • Degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, Secretarial Studies or its equivalent
  • Practical experience in the same role required
  • Should be neat, organized and particular to details
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Strong computer knowledge required
  • Ability to deal with clients in a pleasant, positive and professional manner
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Must be able speak in both English and Hindi .

Responsibilities include:
  • Collect and give regular updates on all work and migration standards from the government offices
  • Keep the HR office well informed of any changes in procedures and rules.
  • Submit follow-up and gather all new work and business visas to guarantee that the visas are handled and processed on time.
  • Renew update and keep up all workers and their dependents’ visas and work contracts on time.
  • Make sure that organization’s records are up to date in the labor and Immigration Departments.
  • Knowledgeable enough on the process of getting residency permits.

U.A.E Experience is mandatory with knowledge in U.A.E Labor Laws.

Job Requirements
  • Proven experience as estimator or similar position
  • Familiarity with financial and project management principles
  • In depth knowledge of research and data analysis methods and estimation formulas
  • Exquisite math and IT ability with an analytical mindset
  • Proficient in relevant software (Timberline, HCSS HeavyBid)
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities
  • Thoroughness and reliability
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • BSc/BA in engineering, construction science or relevant discipline
