SHIPPING & DELIVERY Every effort will be made to ensure you get your packages on time. All orders are processed as quickly as possible because we know how important it is for our customers that we uphold a high level of service. Using all of our experience and resources, we try and bring to you the best shipping rates available in the market. Every shipment is a priority at FloorsDubai.com and we go to see that you get your package on time, every time, in the shortest time possible. All days referenced are working days (Sunday – Thursday). Any orders placed on Friday or Saturday will be processed on Sunday. Delivery for orders over AED 1500/- (Free) Delivery charges for order below 1500/- (AED 200/- to AED 350/- across the UAE, will be calculated on checkout) For heavier weights or large packages, additional charges may apply for deliveries outside the city limits of: Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Ajman, Dubai, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah and Sharjah. Return Policy

Any orders that you are not satisfied with or have a possible defect can be returned to us within 7 calendar days from the date of receipt, of the order.
